At Radar, we are proud of the quality and performance of our smart home devices. Your satisfaction is our top priority. This policy outlines the procedures for returns and refunds in compliance with Indian consumer laws.
10-Day Return Window
You may request a return for an item within 10 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Conditions for a Valid Return
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unused and Undamaged: The item must be in its original, saleable condition, free from any scratches, dents, or signs of installation/use.
- In Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original box, along with all included accessories, manuals, and protective packaging.
- Accompanied by Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid order number or invoice.
Process to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email our support team at roms@radarglobalsynergy.com with your order number and a clear reason for the return.
- Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request. If approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
- Ship the Product: Pack the item securely. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Note: Shipping costs for returns due to a change of mind are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
In the unfortunate event that you receive an item that is damaged in transit, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Email us at roms@radarglobalsynergy.com with your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue.
- We will arrange for a reverse pickup and send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
- Please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear in your account after approval.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Services like the "Radar Pro Setup Service" once performed.
- Products damaged due to customer misuse, improper installation, or voltage fluctuations not covered under warranty.
